Trying to figure out what I should do? I can buy the upgrades that I need for my PC but, don't know how to do everything. Or should buy a better PC that pre-built with better specs.

Yeppoon, QLD, Australia.
there comes a point where after everything is upgraded you have a new PC anyway.
so now the point becomes do I want to do it?, can I do it?, is it cheaper to simply buy off the shelf?
