Shift key not working properly

Shift key started to stuck for awhile. So when I plug an external keyboard to my laptop the Shift key ON THE LAPTOP's keyboard is working normally. Turned off every sticky keys settings, it doesn't help. Reinstalled drivers, no change. It works on power and battery when the external keyboard is plugged in and it doesn't work otherwise.

The system language is set to the Country's language I live in. Did both scans and nothing found. Tested something right now and I think it has something to do with the power. When I uplug the power cord it stops working. When I plug it back and wait like 10 to 20 secs there is a 50/50 chance to start working again. Thank you for baring with me.

Just tested that out too and yes, the problem persists in safe mode. In conclusion now I know that it's a hardware problem and when I can will send it for repair and will type the real cause of it, for future reference. Won't go straight for a whole keyboard change because may be some issue with the power/battery, but it's strange that it affects only the Shift key.

Usually the most used keys are the first to go but you’d usually only use shift for a capital letter. I’d expect the ‘E’ or ‘I’ letter to go first.
Hopefully the repair will correct the problem.
