Hi, I recently installed Windows 7 and Windows 10 on my SSD with Windows 10 as the default OS. My problem is that, whenever I restart the PC or change from Windows 10 to Windows 7, the PC shuts down and stays off for like 1min or so, and then restarts to my selected Windows. Also, during this shutdown time, the PC power light actually stays on (meaning the PC is on), but the Monitor display says that the PC is off. Why is that delay coming? It happens before starting Windows, because I can still access BIOS after this delay time.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

See if this helps
Go into the Windows 10 power setting and turn off Fast boot.
