Securely Delete Data without wiping SSD?

I'm selling a laptop with a SSD in it. And leaving Windows 10 installed. Is there a way for me to securely delete my files so they aren't recoverable, without having to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows? I have read its not good to use file delete/overwriting programs on SSD's so is there any other option? I do currently have Heidi Eraser insalled which I use for deleteing small files, but I have atleast 100GB of files on the SSD and I heard you can ruin or shorten the life of a SSD when using overwriting programs.

delete the files you want, empty the recycle bin then issue a TRIM command (click Start, type optimise, click Defrag and Optimise Drives, select C:\, click Optimise)

I belive due to the way SSD's work, that process should do what you want.
you can always test that theory with Recuva and try to recover one of your deleted files.
