Second monitor no signal

Hello all.

I appear to be having an issue with my dual monitor set up. Upon starting the computer, often only 1 of my 2 monitors will work. The other will show no signal and then turns off. Done all the basic checks, no issues with the monitor itself, right HDMI source selected etc.
Then I decided to unplug the monitor that was working fine, and upon restart the monitor that wouldn't start suddenly worked perfectly fine.
After a bunch of restarts currently both are working, but it is quite a hassle having to fix this every time the PC is turned off.

Does anyone happen to know what could cause this issue? It seems like the computer has trouble starting both monitors at the same time, but I'm not sure what is causing this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think Peter means, do both HDMI cables go to that same GTX970?
when I Google its specs, I'm only seeing cards with one HDMI port.

when a PC has an add-on graphics card, it auto disables the onboard graphics ports.

Correct are both on a graphics card or is one onboard and one on the card

Can you Download and run and then post. https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download
