Had I known wouldnt have suggested it, still its something else ruled out.
That is the idea, don`t forget to create a new restore point first, this will ensure that you still have the old settings to go back to should you need to.

No, sadly it also didn't help... I uninstalled the monitor (though it didn't turn off my TV), restarted the PC, but nothing changed.

Sadly, it didn't help. Still no sound. Not even completely uninstalling the Oculus Software helps. I am really getting desperate right know...

No problem, I am just glad someone is helping me, if you don't have time now, we can do it later. A friend lent me his Laptop so I can at least finish my work I had.

If you provide detailed steps, then I guess I would be okay with it. But only if necessary, I never like opening my PC, only doing it occasionally to clean it. But if necessary, I would be okay with it.

EDIT: To clarify, right now my Monitor is plugged into the DisplayPort HDMI Adapter which is plugged into the Displayport of my PC, while my Oculus is plugged into the HDMI Port.

Okay, got something new.
I tried a new clean install of my GPU Drivers via AMD Radeon Settings. At first, the setup runs and then forces a reboot. After rebooting, it continues the install. When it finishes, it tells me to restart the PC, but I can choose not to. Strangely, at this point the PC actually recognizes my TV! In the Device Manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controllers it shows it as AMD HDMI Audio, and there are several instances of it under Audio Devices under Playback. There (Playback) it shows it as unplugged, and still doesn't make sounds.
But after rebooting my PC again, it is again gone, just like before. I did a clean install twice, and it happened both times.
EDIT: i started the Program Driver Easy which checks for outdated driver, and AMD High Definition Audio Device, which would be for my TV (I suppose), is listed under "unplugged devices". Even though my TV is plugged in.

Couple of things that jumped out at me in your Speccy report, one or both may be the cause of the problem with one of the two that will definitely corrupt Windows and real soon.
Your audio is shown to be being provided by a USB Audio Class 1.0 and 2.0 Device Driver - this aside for a moment as you have more pressing things to attend to.
You are low on free storage spaces on more than one of your storage devices with the SSD that has Windows on it being the most dangerous, see my canned info below for an explanation;
Partition 1
Partition ID: Disk #0, Partition #1
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 9EBCF078
Size: 111 GB
Used Space: 108 GB (96%)
Free Space: 3.43 GB (4%)
On a 120GB SSD you need to have at least 30GB free at all times so that Windows can swap files around and be updated.
Please note that in order to avoid data corruption and/or mechanical HDD failure for you must always have a minimum of 20 to 25% of the HDDs or partitions overall storage capacity available as free space where Windows is installed and between 10 and 15% of a HDDs overall storage capacity available as free space if there is data only on it, the free space allows for information to be copied to and from the drive efficiently particularily important for Windows file swapping and the installation of OS and AV updates.
Not having the above can render a computer inoperable if the HDD concerned has the OS on it due to the MBR (Master Boot Record) becoming damaged/corrupt, please see information here and here
Not having enough free storage space not only causes all sorts of stability issues but also puts you at risk of malware attack because Windows cannot be updated etc, your last Windows security update was successfully installed on 20-09-16 which is real bad

. I am glad anyone helps, I also asked for help on other forums, but no one except you answers my call for help. So thank you very much! My problem seems to be a very unique one.About the space, yeah, I know I have way too little. E: is my Gaming Drive where I install my Games. I need to uninstall some. Other than Games, not much on it.
About C:, I tried countless times to make more space, but I never seem to get much lower. I always uninstall small programs I no longer need, I tried deleting all my Game Saves and other files, but it never gets much lower than 10GB. And it was that way for a long time, I don't think I ever had much more. On C:, I only install Programs which I most of the times delete once I don't need them longer. Other than that, there is of course Hardware and PC related stuff on it.
The Windows Folder takes up 52GB, Steam 16.2GB, McAfee 3.69GB, Oculus 3.65GB (sadly it can only be installed on C
and under User 12.1GB, the rest are smaller programs that I still need. I am now going to move Steam to E:, so that should clear up some space.About the security update, I was under the impression there are no more updates for Windows 7, am I wrong there? I always thought about updating to Windows 10, but I am low on cash right now, and I'm wary of it itself. But it is something I will do in the near future.
The low storage space on the C: drive is your most pressing issue atm, solve this and you just may resolve the audio issue as well, in your case this = Windows 7 - McAfee - system drivers and Oculus only.
Support for Windows 7 will end on January 14, 2020 so you still have a further 2+ yrs of updates to come and a 120GB storage device is about as smaller capacity of storage device that is recommended just for Windows, the system drivers and your AV software, anything else should be kept on a separate storage device.

I will clean up the C: Drive and report back! With Steam moved, I now have at the very least 25GB free. How much should I at least have free?
But what do you make of the fact that the HDMI Audio Output is listed after updating the GPU Software, but before the final reboot? It was listed as unplugged and I still had no sound, but at least it was listed.

Your MB and your GPU both have HD audio and therefore HD audio drivers are available for both, having both installed can and often does cause conflicts, this is why you should only install drivers for any device that you are using as in if you are using the MBs HD audio chip you should only install the drivers for the Realtek ALC892 audio device, why we often need to do a custom install of GPU drivers is to only install those that we need, not sure how good it is these days but from when I used to use AMD GPUs I remember their CCC (catalyst control centre) software being a pain in the proverbial.
What I would suggest, after fully updating Windows, disconnect the Oculus device, the same for any other device that has audio capabilities, once done connect the bare minimum of speakers to the MBs audio port/s and see if you can get HD audio from that then post back with an update for us.
Edit to add, should have mentioned then connecting the HDMI cable to the screen etc as well if you do get audio from the
MBs integrated sound chip.

I now have 33GB free on C:, and Windows has found the updates. I will install them now.

Hm, it did always list some speakers under Playback, but no, I don't have any. I upload a pic of the current devices listed under Playback.

So, Windows got updated. I already had no Sound Device but my TV connected to the HDMI Port, no sound. I then dis- and reconnected my TV, and still no sound. It still isn't listed anywhere, not Playback and not under Device Manager.

Connect your TV to the R9 video card using the HDMI cable and then do the following for us please (a bit of work to do I`m afraid.)
Can you post an updated Speccy url and a list of drivers that are installed for us, see below;

Run DriverView.
Save the results as a Text File.
Copy/paste the info into your next reply for us.
Disconnect the above device and the the Oculus, we need to try and get video and audio from the TV using its HDMI port and the HDMI port on your video card, if we can do this it is a start, atm we are bit all over the place, too many devices attached etc.

Strange thing is, my headphones are now shown under Playback as Speaker, but I think (not 100% sure, but almost) they were listed as headphones before.
So, now the only Audio capable device connected is my TV via a HDMI Cable to the HDMI Port on the back of my PC case. Still no sound of course.

Have you ever downloaded the latest BIOS for your video card.
Have you noticed in Speccy that your Samsung TV is detected and that your default audio device is now shown as - Audio - Realtek High Definition Audio, no mention of AMD which if you should have if the correct drivers are installed and you are connected to the HDMI port on the R9 video card.
Will take me a while to get through the drivers list but will get back to you shortly.

Just checking but you say "via a HDMI Cable to the HDMI Port on the back of my PC" is the HDMI cable connected to the add on video card and not to the motherboard.
Have you ever downloaded the latest BIOS for your video card.
