RX 5700 XT problem with 1440p

Hi everyone. My computer with a 1080p monitor works fine. The problems start when I connect a monitor with a resolution of 1440p to the computer - PC restarts at random times (while playing, browsing the Internet or even watching an empty desktop). Once in 20 times it happens that the problem disappears and you can play as much as you want, but after turning off and on the computer, the fault returns.

Importantly, I replaced the components one by one with others. So I'm pretty sure the graphics card is the culprit. List of things I've done:

-updating all possible computer drivers

-trying to install older video card drivers

-I checked the temperatures, they are all normal

- reset motherboard bios

-reset all board settings to default

-reinstalling the system

It often happens that the computer restarts after minimizing the game. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? If the graphics card is faulty, what exactly is the fault type?

Computer Specification:

-Graphic Card: RX 5700 XT Saphire Nitro+

-Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

- RAM: 2x8GB 3200MHz

- Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk b450

- Power Supply: 650W Chiftec 80 Plus

Hello

This could be your psu. The recommended psu spec's for the gpu is 700 watts.. I would suggest that you get a psu gold standard with at least a 5 to 10 year warranty .
