Solved RGB CPU cooler on a non RGB motherboard

Looks like there is a RGB header at the bottom (towards the left) of your board.

Make sure you plug it into the correct portion of the header, there should be a plastic notch/tab on one side or something of that like.
 
You might be able to get either an adapter or a RGB hub that goes from 12v 4-pin to 5v 3-pin. Look at the ARCTIC A-RGB Controller or something similar, that should be able to do what you want with some tinkering.
