Repeated Graphic & Lighting Issues

Hello All, First time posting here so please be kind if I'm not keyed in on standard practices for a forum as formal as this.

I recently created my first build, you can find my specs in the link below if you want to enquire further.

Until the last 2 Months, this PC has ran without any problems for around 4 months. Only recently has it gradually began showing the same "artifacting" (for lack of a better word) across multiple games, usually any that require lighting and rendering above an undetermined threshold. I've attached a few example of what I've been seeing from the game "Far Cry 5", but this is exactly the same (or at least similar enough) across multiple games.

I've taken my PC into a local shop for a check-up but they found nothing wrong with the 3D/2D engine or any problems with overheating/ram throttling.
Its irritating coming into a new hobby and hitting this huge brick wall, and after spending all this time, effort & money, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading,

Hello CorkyBox,

Heat and a bad/weak power supply are the two most common causes of what is going on in your screenshots.

We can see a couple of things amiss in Speccy but for now can you post the age, brand and model name or number of the PSU.
