yes, there are a few ways to skin that cat.
either RDP, or manually share out a folder or use the Public folder under Users.
to get you started, right click a folder, Properties, Sharing tab, Advanced Sharing, tick the Share this folder box, click Permissions, for Everyone, tick Full Control.
