Random Crashing

Hi there, so I recentley built a brand new pc and after about a week I started to get problems with it. The problem is the pc randomly black screens and then instantley loads back up without any message. I originally started with a 650w psu but after doing as much research as I could I found out that the 30 series cards need 20% more than what was recommended, so beliveing that to be the source I upgraded to a 850w and seem to be having the same problem with possibly less frequency but also more random than the last? Before it was certain things which would cause it, crunhyroll in browers or launching a game of league for example, now it can just happen randomly with no warning no matter what im doing. I have ran mem tests on both my CPU and ram and have also stress tested my GPU using FurMark without any crashes, i've also tried to limit my gpu with after burner but to no avail. Anyone with any kind of information would be very greatley be appreciated, I bought the GPU of ebay due to them constantley being sold out on NVIDIA as well, so a refund is possible. Thanks again!
PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Palit Geforce RTX 3070
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16gb DDR4 3200
Motherboard: ASUS TUF X570
CPU Cooler: NZKT Kraken M22
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 850W

from the description, my money is it being the graphics card.
any other card you can get your hands on just long enough for some testing would be great; from a friend, neighbour, work colleague, family member.

Ive got an old msi 370 from my old build, what could I do to run tests to determine it is the graphics card?
