sometimes it wont crash all day and then sometimes itll crash 3 times back to back

this is my 2nd post, someone told me to update my chipset which ive done but still get the crashes.

heres more event logs

crashed while i was writing this, 2nd time im doing it lol

While waiting for others to reply
We need system specs please include the make and model of the power supply
If the report does not work then see if the system can boot into safe mode and try again and let us know if safe mode has the same issue.
Try getting the system to

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

You could also attempt a Clean Boot to see what is giving you the issues.

the crashes were happening before i got the chipset, someone suggested i update it though.

heres a pic of the all the criticals that have the same event id that caused "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

crashed again right after i sent that msg. heres another pic of the log viewer idk if these are helping or not. i snapped it until the last critical that happened at 12:12:40

Looked at the Speccy report and a couple of things stand out but nothing that updating any chipset drivers would fix, that said as per the following explanation I am unable to assist atm.

We are always happy to help when we can but we cannot safely do so if you are already receiving assistance on any other forum, doing so may lead to confusion as to whose and what guidance you are following which can be both dangerous and costly, decide on which forum you wish to continue and as a courtesy let the other/s know that assistance is no longer required.

Thank you for your understanding.

A word to the wise, avoid such places and stick to respected forums where 99.99% of suggestions post by members will get checked by a member of staff to make sure that the content is safe.

First things that I noticed in your Speccy url was the multiple AVs and screens that you have, Avast on its own is a nightmare but you have Malwarebytes installed as well, the PSU may be 600W but it is only Bronze efficiency rated suitable for entry level desktops so those additional screens are sucking the life out of the PSU.

Before we go any further, can you explain what type of crashes you are getting, software crashes whereas hardware shuts down and a computer that black screens and shuts down has not crashed it has shut down because of hardware failure which in case you are not aware includes overheating that causes hardware failure.

the whole computer freezes for about 2 secs then it just black screens and next thing i know im looking at bios bootup.

monitors suck power from the psu? i have them plugged into an outlet?

That is hardware related not software.

Where do the screens get the signal from and what powers the GPU and all the other internal hardware.

If the GPU and/or the PSU overheat you get a black screen before the computer shuts down.

so you think its a overheating issue and i should clean my pc?

sometimes too after it boots up after the bios theres a small cmd window that appears in the mist of the black screen that goes away before windows boots up.
doesnt do that unless it crashes

First thing that I suggest that you do is completely disconnect all but one screen from the computer so that you can hopefully keep it going while we address the other things that we can see in Speccy.

it hasnt crashed since my last event log post. as you can see its rly random, some days it wont crash then itll crash back to back.

even played a game of valorant on max settings

Sorry but with the best will in the world we can`t help you with random and the only thing that you can do for the next day or so is keep a note of what the computer was being used for at the time of the shut down.

Regarding your event viewer, only the critical error 41 codes will cause a computer to shut down and most if not all of the other errors are caused by Windows not being shut down when the critical error 41 occurs, the error code 41 in Windows language btw means that the computer lost power before Windows was properly shut down.

so i should keep a note what programs and stuff was running at the time of the shutdown? im down to one monitor now (the av is hooked to a 40 inch tv thats almost always off tho, idk if it still sends signals tho?) i also unhooked all the usbs i aint using, my mic, xbox controller receiver etc etc pretty much only headset aux, mouse, keyboard, and one monitor now.

ima go ahead and clean it too cause it was looking pretty dusty

also is there a program that tracks heat of things that will also record the heat of things upon shutdown/crash?

Yes just keep a log of any shut downs that may occur, they may not happen since you have taken so much load off the computer.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

i usually alwyas have discord, steam, bnet, avast, malware, razor app, nvidia settings in the tray open. same for chrome. hence the 3 monitors usually have discord on one screen, chrome on another and game on the main one

ill dl those 2 programs and play something graphically/cpu intense and screencap them afterwards

Having more than one AV installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.

Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

ima just do a benchmark instead. also when i opened up speefan i got a blue screen. said pc ran into a problem and is collecting data. then restarted. opened it up again after restart and everything still fine.

ill see about enabling and updating windows defender and getting rid of avast and malware
