Hello everyone,
To start off i built this PC myself and was first time i built one but i did researches for about 1 month if not 2 before i started buying pieces.Iam using this PC for everything most likely;movies/games/work(writing) etc.I mainly play Blade&Soul on this PC but it happens randomly those crashes even when i watch a movie.None could give me an answer of what's really going on i have no idea what to try anymore honestly, here's the issues and what i tried.
Errors:
-While playing ANY game screen froze (Not Responding) in order to "unfroze" it i have to unplug the HDMI cable from my monitor and plug it back.
-Screen turns blackish but there is still that super small light its not pure black for about 5-10 secs then it turns totally black like PC is shutting down and after those 5-10 secs everything comes back to normal.
-Sometimes everything is frozen like i can't even see my mouse moving yet sound still going on that require a restart.
-Blue screens its ALWAYS those http://prntscr.com/nyhwb6 (will be posting recent FULL txt. file about the blue screen when it happens again) the blue screens are super random like once it restart again i try to put my pin in order to unlock the PC and by the time i do that another blue screen happens.
-Sometimes before it freeze i do hear that sound when you plug or unplug a USB.

What i tried so far:
-Clean Windows reinstall 4 times.
-Reinstalled graphic drivers 10+ times with the Display Driver Uninstaller and downloaded manually the drivers also tried both last drivers and i googled what driver will be best for my GPU nothing worked. (not even kidding probably more)
-Swapped RAM slots.
-Took care of the dust.
-Updated BIOS
-There are no OC (cpu/ram or GPU)
-BIOS is on default.

PC Specs:
Motherboard: Asrock AB350 Pro4
GPU:GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC 4G
CPU: Ryzen 5 1500x
Power supply: EVGA 600W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB (3200MHz i think its running at 2133 by default)
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
SSD: Samsung EVO 250 GB
OS:Windows 10 Professional

If someone could at least tell me what's the issue i would appreciate it because I'm out of idea of what to try.

After clean installing Windows did you reinstall the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

If you need to save the results as a txt file can you please edit out your Windows product key before uploading the information here.

Use the method below for attaching only the last two or three crash dmps.

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Hello and thanks for the fast replies really appreciated, and no i did none of that since i have no idea how its done :/
The Minidumb folder seems to be empty for me as you can see: http://prntscr.com/nzbjl0 I also been using a tool called "Blue Screen View" and even there the logs stays only for like 1-2 days at max then all gone,i didn't not get a blue screen today so i can't post anything about that.
And as you can see http://prntscr.com/nzbk2v i can't publish a snapshot.

Your MB should have shipped with a driver and utilities disk, you need to run that to install the MBs drivers, Windows 10 has a lot of generic drivers for the likes of keyboards etc but they do not provide chipset drivers which are generally needed to be installed first so that all other drivers install properly.

Should you get any more BSOD, check for and upload any crash dmps using the method that I provided.

As per my reply #3, save the results as a txt file, edit out the product key and then upload using the Attach files tab.

You are welcome btw :)

Hello again,
Uh yeah they did ship it but sadly... i do not own a DvD so i can use any CDs,any way i can download or do it via USB stick?
Thanks again

Hi Ansol,

If your computer will stay running for you, download and save the driver package and then install them, you want the AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:19.10.08_19H1_WHQL download from here

Hello,
I just downloaded the file you told me to but and its happening i just had a bunch of blue screens, had 2 before i installed the file and after that like 3-4 here's the minidump files.

Apologies for the delay getting back to you, work has kept me busy elsewhere
:(

Can we have the Speccy info please, I will get back to you after checking the dmp files but it wont be right away.

Can I ask that you thoroughly read all guidance and only post information as it is requested, the steps for posting a Speccy log saved as txt was previously provided as was the method for posting dmp files, rar files are not used on the forums and are no good for our debugging tools.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Just need the crash dmps now.

Something that I noticed in Speccy straight away so will mention it now so that you can sort it while I look at the rest of the log.

Power Profile
Active power scheme High performance This is a form of overclocking that causes both instability and overheating, change it to Balanced in the Windows Power Plan.

Edit to add, only other thing of note is that you have high memory usage for a computer that is not under any load, open Task Manager, click on the Memory tab and check to see what is hogging the RAM.

Physical Memory
Memory Usage 47 %
Total Physical 7.93 GB
