Ive had my computer for about 4 years and im upgrading it for the first time. I just wanted to add more RAM so i can go from 16GB to 32GB.

When I installed it, I got a blue screen with error code 0xc0000428. When I check the BIOS it also doesnt show it recognized in the slots i installed it in. Ill post a picture of it.

I got Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz and i added to to my build. I checked beforehand and it is compatible with my motherboard. Ill post a picture of the specs shown in my bios for reference.

How come im getting this error? I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this. Ill be happy to provide any more details if needed

Hello

Post your complete pc spec's.
Hello, after about 2 hours of taking RAM out and putting it back in I got it working. I guess I was just installing it wrong the whole time. I was afraid to bend my mother board when installing so I didnt push hard enough.

Thank you for the reply though, I appreciate it
