Ram speed not running as fast as advertised.

Couple of possible reasons why the RAM will not work at 3200MHz.

The new RAM requires a minimum of 1.35V but to protect the CPU your MB recommends RAM below this.(1.2V)

The RAM is just outright not compatible, see attachment.

Suggestions

Check that you have the latest BIOS.

Try the RAM in the other two memory slots.

Manually set the voltage for the RAM to 1.35V in the BIOS.
