Radiator making loud rattling kinda noise

I'd double check that noise is coming from where you think it is first.
get a soft bristled brush and use it to stop every fan until the noise stops. (don't forget the PSU fan)

if it really is the CPU cooler then the impeller in the water pump is either failing or there is trapped air in the system causing the impeller to vibrate as it encounters the different pressures of liquid and air.

to try a force any trapped air out of the pump and back into the radiator or reservoir, you need to tilt the PC or lay it down (gernally move it to change its orientation) and tap the CPU water pump to try and dislodge any air.
