Earlier today I decided to try out the Fan Xpert fan optimization feature (worst decision of my life right now). All my fans used to run normally, but now one of my chassis fans will rev up to 100%, then go back to normal, and then sometimes turn off completely, as well as the LED on the fan turning off completely as well. My 2nd chassis fan is working just as it was before this mess. As far as I can tell, both fans have the same exact settings in the Asus BIOS tool, and I've tried my best to fully uninstall and Fan Xpert and the other ASUS utilities. I even tried reflashing(?) my BIOS. I am still stuck with this issue and any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to PCHF colo3000,

It could be the fan itself so first suggestion would be for you to swap the fan connections around on the MB, test then post back with an update.

If you need help with how to swap the fans around you will need to post a full list of your hardware specs.
