Was playing around with my setting and found this.

Let take a look here.

Click Start
Click Settings
Click Apps
On the Left Select Apps and Features
On the Right there is a drop down box
Take that off of The Microsoft Store Only

Windows key + R
Type gpedit.msc

if the Group Policy Editor opens try following the instructions

STOP when you get to the How to reset all Group Policy objects using Command Prompt from the same link.

what happens if i pay for another windows product key and i use it? and i pay for a home key but i have windows pro version.
That product key will be associated to the system that it is installed on.
The home key is only for with Windows Home. So you will need to install Windows 10 Home.
Why not follow the instruction that we provided to download the Windows 10 from the Microsoft site?
4. After downloading and installing, the tool will walk you through how to set up Windows 10 on your PC. All Windows 10 editions are available when you select Windows 10, except for Enterprise edition. For more information on Enterprise edition, go to the Volume Licensing Service Center.
You might be able to use the License that came with the disk your friend got from EBay.

For me, a reload of Windows is sometimes just a simple fast fix, for example, how many days has this gone on for, how many things have been tried, and still no luck.
Sometimes you just have to go straight to the big hammer.
There’s a question mark over your eBay version for starters, and perhaps even some system corruption or malware that may explain the problem.

after all that has been tried, I think it’s a repair reload or fresh reload stage solution.
