If the stuttering happens again please leave the computer running to see what happens, if it blue screens it may identify a completely different driver or alternatively if the computer just shuts down it will point more towards a hardware issue.the blue screens typically happen when I'm rebooting, but I usually reboot once I start to see some stuttering.
Please check your update history, Windows does not always do as it is told I`m afraid. And I made sure to postpone all windows updates until I know the issue is fixed.

Did you do as was advised in my reply #56;Ok, I'm getting some stuttering right now. All I have open is Google Chrome. I took a screenshot of my task manager so you can see most of the processes that were running at the time. In Google Chrome, I had two tabs running, one was email, and the other was a Youtube video.
Providing feedback for any checks that have been suggested is preferred as opposed to you providing info that was not asked for I`m afraidShould the stuttering happen again, make a note of what is open tab wise then close one thing at a time to see if it stops, if Google is open leave it until last to close if you will.

There is no suggestion of that, we understand that computer problems can be stressful but a problem shared is a problem halved and fingers crossed between us we may have resolved the initial problem that you came here for help with in the first place.I'm not trying to be unhelpful, I'm just trying to find out what's wrong with my computer.
