Problems with cooling and WiFi sometimes

I have an HP Pavilion laptop and it''s something like a year and a third old. I can barely play games on it anymore because they always freeze if I do gaming online. I also have problems with the fan being it seems to create more heat than it takes out. It draws from the bottom and pushes out the front side toward the monitor. I also can't reset the computer to clear it and start over if something is on it causing issues because it says there is no recovery media, then when I try to make the recovery media drive it says my VIN doesn't exist or is void. What do I do?

Any update loganMessi10?

I clear the dust fairly frequently because I know its especially an issue in my small, packed house. I haven't gotten my issues to stop and I now the PC in the house has no issues but there aren't any laptops to check with. I don't know if I should go with my mom's idea and go with Linox OS or talk to HP individuals because it shows an active license and I still can't reset.

Have you made any changes to the BIOS?

Did the system come with Windows 10 or was it an upgrade from a previous version of Windows?

How are you attempting to do this?

See if this helps

You can also download and create the Windows 10 medial form
