Dear, I would like to ask for help.

I bought two AOC monitors with VGA inputs. Since the graphics card is Guganyte GTX 1650, on which is one display port and two hdmi outputs, I also took two hdmi to vga adapters. Processor je Intel I5 on motherboard MSI Z490 Pro.

After connecting everything worked, but after 2-3min a problem appeared. The monitors would turn off, as if there was no signal, and the fan, I think it's on graphics card, would start spinning at full speed. In that case, just holding the Power button for 5sec would turn off the computer. After that, ny turning it on again, everything would bi normal until after 2-3min.

I installed the latest drivers from Nvidia website, reinstalled the computer, but the problem remained.

I would beg You for help. Because if the problem were solved, it would mean a lot to me.

Guganyte GTX 1650
Did you mean Gigabyte GTX1650?
And the AOC monitors only have VGA ports, no other?
Have you tried running the GTX1650 with only one monitor?

Would be good to get your hands on a monitor with HDMI or DP ports.
If that works, the issue is your graphics card, or VGA adapters.

Dear, I think I solved the problem.
Maybe someone needs it in solving the same or a similar problem, so let me know how to solve it.

After trying various combinations of connecting the monitor on the graphics card, it worked every time. Only two adapters together did not work.
Solution and winning combination. In the additional power settings, in each plan settings, set not to turn on sleep mode. After that, in the Nvidia control panel, set the refresh rate to 59Hz. He worked like that for about an hour. And it happened again. It meant I was on the right track. Again in the Nvidia control panel, for each monitor separately, manually set the refresh rate to 50Hz.

In the end it turned out to be a complete hit.
