Problem introducing a second monitor

Hello!

Does anyone know if my monitors go into power-saving mode if I insert a second monitor?

I can only operate both for a few seconds and then enter this power-saving mode, the unit remains open but the monitors no longer light up.

I also changed the battery from the motherboard, cleaned the ram memory, and restored the power plan to default, but without effect.

Hello

Try this.

And quote:

  1. Click the Power icon on the right side of the desktop taskbar.
  2. Click the blue "More Power Options" link at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  3. Click and enable the "High Performance" radio button in the Additional Plans section in the lower half of the Power Options window.
