I'd be interested in hearing others on their findings with using PrivaZer.
I've used it maybe 3 or 4 times, on those rare occasions when CCleaner has ticked me off and found it 'scary' for want of a better word.
the user interface isn't the best and the options presented seem to give the user an unacceptable potential of 'cocking things up'.
it seems to cut too deep, but as I said, that could well just be me trying to compare it with the ultra friendly CCleaner.

FWIW ive used it on my poor malware school infected test computer many times, and a couple of relatives machines and never had an issue, but may or may not have been lucky doing so? Having said that I would never run this on any machine with valuable data without first performing or having a recent system image, but that goes for many so called cleaners.

PrivaZer enjoys a good reputation but again imo it's hard to justify a tool that includes the use of a registry cleaner no matter how ultra friendly they are supposed to be. Never tried to but it seems any files deleted by PrivaZer are irretrievable making a backup even more important.
