Just wondering if someone may be able to help as the shop i got the PC from doesn't open until Tuesday -_-

So yesterday my new pre built PC arrived from Vibox in the UK. At first everything was fine it booted up, started windows, i was able to log in and start downloading some apps such as Chrome etc. After about 10 minutes i started to download all the Windows updates it required (there was quite a few).

After the updates installed the screen resolution seemed to drop and pink dashes started appearing across the screen (tested on two monitors and had the same issue), i checked task manager and the GPU was no longer visible. I went to device manager and the GPU was showing a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the center. I found online this seemed to be related to a GPU driver so i went straight online to get geforce experience and updated the PC to the most recent GPU drivers hoping this would fix the problem.

After installing the GPU drivers and restarting windows, it ran into a problem during boot and said it needed to restore from a recovery point, i proceeded to do so but during the process it once crashed out and restarted.

This time when restarting i am constantly met with a windows message saying "the computer restarted unexpectedly or ecountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click OK to restart the computer then restart instllation, i do attempt to do this this but it just happens over and over.

is there anything i can do to get this going over the weekend? i was thinking of making a bootable drive, formatting the SSD and reinstalling windows but not sure if this will mess with the way they've setup the PC or any warranty's.

PC link is below:

Does anyone have any ideas or do i just accept it may be a dud and get a return processed?

Thanks in advance for any advice :).
