Power button stuck in, unable to switch PC on

Usually if you have a main power switch at the back of your pc case will power up your pc but since your power button is stuck this may not work. If this is the case you will have to replace that power button..

Yes as above, if we are talking about the power switch on the front panel of your case then you will likely have a deal of dismantling to get at it. They are normally pretty cheap carpy switches that can cause issues. Without seeing the case you probably will have to remove its front panel to access it. It could be a broken spring in it or it may have just jammed up, and if so a bit of wd40 type spray from the rear of the switch may fix it?
Those switches are normally one off for the case it was made for and unlikely to be available as a new part. You may be able to adapt something else in place of it if it doesn't respond to a bit of love.

you'll have to pull the side cover of the PC.
bottom right corner (usually) on the motherboard is the front panel header.
second pair on the top row of pins should be for PWR SW which is the power switch. (first pair is the power LED)
pull off the PWR SW plug.
to start the PC you only need to briefly short those two pins together.
with the power button being stuck in, it'll turn the PC on, then 4 seconds later, turn it off as a held in power button is a 'force off' for Windows.
if the button is dead your options are to put another momentary switch on the end of the PWR SW cable (no polarity).
or what I have done before is to use the reset button. do that by pulling off the RESET SW plug (usually second pair on bottom row) and plug it into the PWR SW pins, that way your reset button becomes the power button.
