Solved Possible switch to Nvidia from AMD

HI, I have been having problems with AMD for the past couple of months. I get screen flickers and driver timeouts on a day to day basis mostly when gaming. I have tried almost every solution like updating BIOS, using DDU in safe mode, AMD cleanup utility in safe mode, reinstalling windows, reverting to older drivers and nothing worked. I am curently thinking about switching to Nvidia to rid these problems. Will that actually fix it?

could be many things; bad HDMI port on the PC or the monitor, EMP interference in the cable, version of cable and if supported by both connected devices, shielded cable, just plain bad cable,..... who knows.
