still struggling with the laptop I see.
if you have no experience in pulling apart a laptop, while I applaud your commitment, it is easy to make things worse.
I've done a few and I still get nervous doing them!
while it's not rocket science I'll grant you, it is best left to others with skin in the game if that is at all possible.

I've never dealt with One Books before, so I'd be doing what I'm about to recommend - let Google be your friend.
search for Porsche Design One book tear down videos, or how to replace thermal paste.
I did a quick search and couldn't find anything, and if you include the word Porsche, you go down too many rabbit holes.
but if you really want to forge ahead, you'll need to pry open the unit.
there is no "one size fits all" method in doing this, but your typically needed tools will be watch maker screwdrivers and something plastic like a guitar pick works well, to stick between the plastic moulding to pry it apart and unlock the clips.
but as I say, all brands are slightly different.

Same here - 2 days looking
Correct it can be screwed from bottom - I assume if it was you would notice.
It could be screwed from under the keyboard
It could be snap apart
sadly it seems, not only are they no members here with first-hand experience, but also you have a laptop that maybe wasn't very popular or had a short production run life.
all you can do is go down the rabbit hole of trying to find some Google videos on how to pull apart the unit and change the thermal paste.
but for me, with all the hassles you have been having, maybe it's better to stop playing with this unit and get another, more common, laptop.
