The PC seems to come with Windows 10 so is there a reason why you wish to downgrade?
Finding Windows 7 may be tricky. Also do you have a genuine Windows 7 license key?
The problem is that Win 7 is no longer supported & therefore 0 support from Microsoft including no security updates & no cumulative updates, finding drivers may be difficult also.
You would need to create Windows 7 boot media or have a Win 7 installation disk & boot from this & clean install the OS.
