With out knowing what the current specs are in the system could not say. Lets run speccy and please include your power supply Make and Model.

What is the age of the systme and make and model?

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Awesome little program but that seems like an awful lot of personal information to post to the internet ( network section ) the rest is fine but I really don't think I want to publish my entire network connection information online.

There is no personal information in that log. Your public ip is not published. Your internal ip info will be pretty generic and useless to anyone. No one can use that info to identify or hack you. Please post the speccy log unedited.

Or let us know if you do not wish to continue with assistance?

There is nothing reported in Speccy that is of a personal nature and in fact there is nothing in the url of any use to anyone other than yourself with your troubleshooting steps, Ive yet to hear of anyone being blackmailed because Speccy revealed that their default browser was Chrome ;)
