Solved Please help with my pc

umm im sorry but my first language is not english and this is very hard for me but my video card is
Asus GeForce GTX 1060 DUAL 6GB GDDR5

im going to see if our local place has any thermal compound but if not im going to order some

my ram
Kingston 8GB(2x4GB) HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 MHz, CL14
i have alcohol so im going to clean it up when i get the thermal paste but do you think that the 4 beeps is caused by the processor?

This is a must as once thermal compound has been exposed to the atmosphere it must be used straight away and once the thermal compound has been used on a processor it must be properly cleaned off and an appropriate amount reapplied.

Edit to add, if you can get thermal compound that does not come with any cleaning agent, it quite often works out to be less expensive to purchase rubbing alcohol like the example here better still if you already have some in the medical cabinet

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page.

The above should have been posted after my reply #26 eemil, you only use the edit tab if you want to add something to your last post when we have not replied to your last post, we don`t get notifications when a post has been edited only when it has been replied to, does this explain things a bit better.

In answer to your question, cannot say with 100% certainty but not suspecting the CPU as the cause, need the CPU correctly prepared, thermal compound re-applied, the heatsink fitted securely and the CPU cooling fan connected to the right header on the MB before we go any further, post back when each has been done and please do not do anything else first, we will guide you from here once the aforementioned steps have been done.

okay im 85% sure that its the processor that causes the 4 beeps cause i have only installed ram ,hard drive, motherboard, power supply,and the processor,i have the video card in a box i put it in when i get the thermal paste
should i remove the thermal pasteof the fan

Under no circumstances should you be powering up the system without having cleaned off the old thermal paste and re applied the correct amount of fresh paste as described at the link that I provided in my reply #16, for your convenience link here and yes the old paste must be removed from the heatsink as well before you tint it.

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :DD the beeping stopped now i wait somebody to help me wtih installinmg the hard drive and graphics card
i think it was the memory i changed it place to a diffrent one

Ok, will wait on your next update, hopefully no beeps means that you will soon be up and running.

Fitting a graphics card is pretty straight forward, you insert it into the slot, connect the power connection from the PSU (6 pin here I do believe) connect the video cable to the card and the screen, connect the mains power, power up and hopefully get a display, a basic guide here

ok so no beeps but when i putted my keyboard and mouse in to the motherboard keyboard and mouse didnt light up i havent installed the graphics card yet and i havent installed the hard drive
