I have an ASUS rog strix b450-F gaming motherboard, does Intel Core have any CPU's that fits with my processor socket? (AM4).

I want to upgrade from my i5 but it doesn't clearly say that any i7 is compatible anywhere.

Appreciate any help.

AMD motherboards ONLY take AMD processors - same with Intel mobos.
if you have to have an Intel chip, you will have to get an Intel compatible mobo - which may then force you to replace your RAM.
