Hi ive been trying to fix some sever lag issues with certain games and when launching the pc in diagnostic mode it now says something happen and your pin is not available click to set up your pin again then a error pops up saying The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application. If i try to go into recovery my keyboard and mouse turn on but my monitor doesn’t detect that my pc is back on and i have no clue what to do at this point its a brand new pc this week

Did you change settings under msconfig to restart in diagnostic mode? Can you restart in safe mode with networking if you did to see if you can restore Normal boot?
Is there any option to enter your password? Perhaps a drop-down menu.
Once back under Normal mode check for any Windows updates? Also visit the PC/MB manufacturer for any driver & BIOS updates.
If you can reach Troubleshoot startup Startup settings & choose command prompt then you can run these scans:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
You could always try a system restore to before the problem occurred.

If nothing works then you will need to reset the PC under the Troubleshoot menu, to reach this you can hold Shift while clicking restart & continue holding Shift until the Troubleshoot menu appears or force restart the PC 3 times.
