Pc, monitor, key board, mouse and interface are on but pc is not detecting them.
I have an rgb mouse and keyboard and every time i click a key or a button they glow up for a second but dont work.

What are the make/model of each device?
USB, bluetooth, or wireless?
Have you tried different USB ports, even a different PC?
Do other keyboards or mouses work on your PC?
The keyboard is a rk61 and im not sure what the mouse is, they both wired. Ive trued every single usb port and they appliances work on every other device. No none of them work.

But if i let the pc sit turned on for a while (around a day) they start to work. But now ive ran into a new issue every time i boot my pc up it takes me to a black screen with a “arsenal gaming” logo and a dotted boot up circle and it just dosent boot me into windows.

@pop are you able to boot into windows at all now?

Change from CSM to UEFI to bypass the arsenal gaming logo.

Have you tried to re seat all of your hardware?
