PC won't boot up

Hi.
So today,i bought a new pc.
It's an Intel Core i7 2600 with 8 gbs of ram and a 500 gb hard drive. Everything was fine,i updated my video card drivers (its an integrated intel hd),updated the windows to the latest version.
After about 4 5 hours of playing euro truck simulator,and downloading some other game. In the middle of downloading,the pc turned off. I turned on the pc again,and continued downloading again. Then again after a minute,i got a blue screen saying the pc has ran into an error and that it will self restart. I turned it off from the power source..
Now,when i boot my pc,it sounds normal,but my monitor shows no signal. Im sure it isn't the vga's cable fault or something. Then after 30 40 seconds the fans turn REALLY loud,all of them apparently. It just sits like that loudly,displaying no image. I saw some other forums and tried switching the ram sticks places,didn't work. I checked inside,everything looks brand new and clear,no dust no anything. Also,if i put out ram,i can hear a loud beep. That apparently shows that the issue isn't in the motherboard? Can anyone help me? I can take a picture of the inside or provide additional information.

Hello Irdin,

Sounds like a problem with either the integrated graphics or the screen, this includes any video port and/or cable.

Some questions;

What OS are you running, Windows 7. 8.1 or 10.

Does the screen stay blank or do you get a "No Signal" message on the screen.

How many sticks of RAM do you have,

What is the brand and model name or number of the MB.

Windows 10.
When i turn on the pc,monitor turns on and shows no signal for 5 seconds before going into power save mode.
4 sticks,2gb each.
It's a FUJITSU case and motherboard.There are two numbers on it.
001999C66DAB
underneath that on is
ICT-0197
Again,im not sure if im right.
If you need it,i can take a picture of the motherboard.

Im really sorry i forgot to mention,my vga cable wouldn't fit the pc. So,i got an dvi to vga adapter. I plugged it into dvi and on the other end i connected the monitor and pc with the vga. But im pretty sure it isnt the adapter(convertor) or whatever its called.

Sorry but we need to be absolutely clear on what you are telling us.

Do you get a message on the screen that says "No Signal" this is important.

Using an adaptor is not always a good idea, they can sometimes work ok but at other times not, sorry to say that because they are mass produced in China there are lots of rubbish ones out there, this could be the cause of the problem.

Okay.
Let me explain this as best as i can.
An adapter is connected into the dvi port of my pc.
Into that adapter a vga cable is connected,the other end of the vga cable is connected to the monitor.
When i turn on my pc,my monitor lights up.
It reads no signal.
The screen then proceeds into power mode because there is no signal to be put out.
But whats interesting,if i pull out the vga cable from that dvi adapter,it displays another message saying theres no source to display from.
From what i understand,the dvi to vga convertor works,it doesnt have any signal but it shows that its rather connected to a source but that source (my pc) isnt displaying anything.
I hope u understand.

If you are getting a "No Signal" message on the screen it means that the screen is ok and that the problem is with the source of the video or the cable that is carrying the video signal, you have introduced an adaptor into the equation so that could also be the cause.

Do you have another screen that you can try or alternatively do you have a notebook that has the appropriate video port to connect your video cable and adaptor to.

You need to if possible rule out this adaptor as being the cause.

Sure,I'll close the help threads on other forums.
I tried on a different monitor.Same issue persists.
Also,another big reason that makes me think adapter isnt an issue is the sound of the pc. The fans become louder and louder when i turn the pc on. After about 2 minutes,it sounds like an airplane,not even kidding. For some reason,they push to the fullest speed. Also to mention again,the pc is new. The processor along with it's integrated graphics card is brand new.

Believe it or not but bad drivers can cause the CPU cooling fan to go at full speed and you mentioned in your OP that you had updated the video drivers, not sure why you did this btw as the video is on die as in it is incorporated into the processor itself.

Three other things that could cause the fan behaviour are the CPU overheating, a faulty PSU and something shorting out.

Still the best option is to try a screen that would allow you to connect the PC to a screen without having to use the adaptor which btw if faulty could cause a short.

A second check that you can do is to try one stick of RAM at a time, start with the slot nearest the CPU then slot 2, 3, 4 and repeat the test until you have tried each one of the four sticks, one at a time in each of the four slots.

Are you sure that the processor information in your OP is correct, the i7 2600 was released way back in 2011 and was end of life only a couple of years later.

No need to rush getting back to us as I am calling it a day now as I have an early start.

Im very thankful for your help sir.
I didn't know that the processor is that old,but by the looks of it and the performance,it performes good.After googling about it,i realized that its a pretty high performance cpu,running latest AAA games (with a good graphics card of course). I updated my video drivers so i can play Valorant. Keep in mind that after updating,j still used the pc just fine for a few hours.You could be right about it failing because of the drivers.
What can i do? I mean,i want to use my pc but it seems like something bad has happened to it.
I'll try the ram test tommorow and tell you how it goes.
Thanks for your assistance again,hopefully we'll fix this together or diagnose what's going on.

One beep with the RAM in the board is normal and what it normally means is that all of the hardware has passed the power on self test (POST) if there were a problem with the CPUs integrated HD 2000 graphics you would either hear continuous beeps or no beeps at all, the fact that you only hear the one beep is telling us that your actual computer hardware is ok so it it is back to trying a screen that would allow you to connect the PC to a screen without having to use the adaptor, sorry but that is all we can suggest I`m afraid.

NB: Try removing all the RAM and then powering up, if you get three or multiple beeps it goes some way to confirming that your RAM and MB are ok and that the issue is definitely video related.
