So I was trying to turn on XMP in my bios when I got stuck in a constant loop of "Your Pc/Device Needs to be repaired". I know the issue is the XMP but I can't access the bios to turn it off, whenever I try I just get a black screen. is there any way i could fix this?

You could remove your motherboard battery for a few minutes which would reset your board back to defaults. There may be other ways to reset it but as we don't know what make and model it is just remove the battery.
