PC with no display and non-stop beeping

Whenever I turn my PC on, no display shows up and I hear a non-stop beeping for while until it turns off. Then the PC automatically turns on again and the same problem occurs. This happens over and over again until I turn it off by holding the power button. Saw a video that said the problem might be due to a poorly inserted RAM card. At first, I could remove both DDR3 4GB RAM cards and insert them back in their respective slots and the problem would go away. However, I tried to turn my PC on today and it kept giving me this error. I'm not very knowledgeable about hardware and I can't go to any PC repair shops because of the quarantine. Does someone have any idea of what's causing the problem? Is it easy to fix it myself?

PS: I saw a couple videos today in which apparently the problem was due to a faulty motherboard. I have a Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H.

you are on the money, the problem is usually either dirty RAM and/or video card.
remove all (if you have an add-on card) and clean both the component contacts and the motherboard slots with a soft bristled brush.
also use the brush to clean the circuit boards on all those components.
reseat and see if that helps.

Tried cleaning the components as suggested but the beeping continues.

try booting with the video card removed, if you have one, and just use the mobo graphics ports.
if no luck, leave the card out, and then remove one of the memory sticks and try again.
if still no luck, swap the sticks of try the other one.

after all that, if still no go, you have a deeper issue with failed hardware.
