I posted few days ago about my pc reboot problem the post link is under

Strange things happened. I had trouble shooting my problem 99% by taking three steps.
  1. I uninstalled my Gpu driver with ddu and installed my latest GPU driver.
  2. When I shut down my computer, I turnoff the power supply button on the back side of the casing and then turnoff the power socket button on the wall.
  3. I used the power socket. The other room PC runs fine with no reboot problems.
  4. Main problem now: But when I pressed the power button on the casing, my rgb fans ran for one or two seconds, then turned off the all of system, then after 1 or 2 seconds it started fine and ran in the windows with no errors.

Depending on who makes it, it should be. But knowing the brand and model would allow us to make a definitive statement.
