Pc suddenly really slow

Sorry that it has been a while nothing has changed about my pc it still is having problems here is the HWmonitor Screen Shots

Your CPU is running hot and you have some high voltage readings.

Restart the computer to access the BIOS, check the CPU temperature and the +3.3, +5 and +12V rail readings, make a note of any readings that you find and post them with your next reply.

Can you re run Speccy and post the updated url for us.
 
The voltages don`t look bad but the CPU registering 71°C when not under any load is not good.

Check and make a note of what the CPU Temperature Warning settings are in the Gigabyte BIOS (as pictured above) if your CPU is overheating the Gigabyte thermal limit setting is intended to detect it and then throttle things back until the temps cool down.

From the next cold boot, check and make a note of the CPU temperature in Ryzen Master, do some gaming, again check/record what the CPU temps are in Ryzen Master and then post back with the info.

Noticed that your CPU fan fail warning is disabled, you should enable it so as to avoid frying the CPU should the fan fail.
