Solved PC suddenly overheating

Sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section. About a month ago my PC started suddenly heating up alot out of nowhere. It was always cool and nice but it not stays at 60c lowest while idling. Playing literally any game is impossible because it shuts down due to overheating very fast. All fans are working, i removed all the dust, and i replaced the thermal paste, but it didn't help. I scanned it for malware and killed everything suspicious but that didn't help either. It's mostly the GPU that's heating, it gets to ~90c, but the CPU is very hot too, peaking at 80c, even at 100% fan speed. I have not overclocked it, but i don't know if it hasn't been overclocked before i got it. The PC is only nearly 3 years old. I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone maybe help?
GPU is AMD Radeon (TM) R9 380 Series, and the CPU is AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 MHz. Will add any additional info if needed.

Welcome to PCHF Edgylamp,

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.
If you are running on a vista machine, please go to where you installed the program and run the program as administrator.

(this is a screenshot from a vista machine)

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

Hello! Sorry about the delay.
I had to remove the power supply to see the info, and while i was at it i also replugged everything else, and it turned out one of the fans was poorly plugged before - it was working but not properly and it was the cause of overheating. Regardless, thank you for your help!
