Hi all,
Having a strange issue that has just started happening. When I press Windows, shut down. It goes through the usual windows shut down procedure and my monitor goes down but all my peripherals, lights and fans stay powered on. Have to just unplug at the moment to get my PC to shut down. I have not used my pc in about a month as I have been waiting on a replacement GPU that was RMA as it started artifacting but was still in warranty. Have just replaced with a new one and this issue has started happening (May be completely unrelated) was RTX 3060 straight swapped out.
Have tried every fix I have came across on Google etc. But nothing had helped. Even fully reset my PC and done a fresh Windows install and still happening. Any ideas.
It's a custom gaming PC running on Windows 11
Have tried: (not in this order)
Disabling fast start up
Turned link state management off
Cleaning C drive
Sfc scan
Hibernate off
Power troubleshooter
Womdows update troubleshooter
Full PC reset + Windows re install
Performed a clean boot
Installed latest graphics drivers
Reset BIOS to defaults
This is driving me insane!
Thanks in advance,
Lewis.
