What is the brand and model name or number of the RAM and how many sticks do you have.

S&D needs to go, it belongs in the past, is not very good, it installs all sorts of crap that you are not aware of and it can be a pain in the proverbial to get rid of, if you cannot get rid of it in the apps we will need to do it another way.

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

Couple of other pointers, you use a VPN which makes gaming online second rate and whoever installed Windows made the age old mistake of not installing it on its own 250GB partition on the SSD.

1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.

2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".

From where are you getting the speed of the RAM.

Nord VPN is still showing up in Autoruns but there is no sign of S&D.
