I have search for some of the errors.. One was indicating the HDD i did a check disk and the flashed on and off at the finish so fast, i am assuming it could be ok. Even had to go in and get an elevated permission just to run it. Also i looked into another error that indicated some software failure. So the log is to large.

Hi Ken,

Restarts are more commonly heat or power related as opposed to software which most often just hangs.

Suggest we start with the basics, will hopefully be quicker :)

You most likely already have Speccy but;

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

Would check your voltages in the BIOS if you have concerns over the PSU.

Notice that you are using Avast but that there is also McAfee on the machine along with MBAM which I take it is the on demand scanner.

Aye the free MBAM is the on demand scanner that does not offer real time protection and needs to be run manually which is fine.

From your Speccy report;

Running: Malwarebytes Service
Running: McAfee Module Core Service

Stopped: McAfee Home Network
Stopped: McAfee Proxy Service

Scheduler
McAfee Remediation (Prepare)

The above may not be the cause of the computer shutting down but is most likely what is using up so much memory.

How to remove McAfee products from a PC running Windows

That is ok but keep in mind that the computer is not under any load, see attachment, was it the reading in Speccy that got you concerned, have you had any BSOD at all

Ok used the McAfee tool remover and hopefully that is all gone now.
This pc is rarely under any intense load. My wife does play Jewel Blitz after work.

Edit: No BSOD's

The concern is this pc restarting out of the blue,has happened before but only once in about 3or4 months apart. In the past 2 weeks tho it has increased. I noticed when looking at the errors in the event viewer i saw in one error that it mentioned the north bridge,kernel power,and also some hardware indicating the HDD and software. So it seems to be all over the place.

You shouldn't be getting such problems with a machine only around a year old, no BSOD and the north bridge,kernel power errors are often a sign of overheating and/or a power supply issue.

Check the HDD with CrystalDiskInfo 7.0.0 Standard Edition which you can download from here once done grab a screenshot (possibly two) of the results and attach to your next reply for us.

Be going offline soon, had a long day + got an early start in the morning.

Ok..this morning while my wife was on her profile,she got a blue windows notification. (Windows had an unexpected error) attempting to fix it and at 75% the pc restarted. The pc was just on about a hour and a half. My wife was just checking FB and then was fixing to play a game when this happened.

Apologies for the delay getting back to you, extended festivities into the evening :coffee:

A few problems going on there by the looks of things, Windows, internet etc.

Two thing at the top of the event logs, one says that a crash dmp is available, can you upload that for us, the other was a Customer Experience Improvement Program problem, have you signed up for this, if not, make sure that it is turned off in Settings, type Customer Experience Improvement Program in the Windows 10 search field, when Change Customer Experience Improvement Program Settings comes up, click on it to open, make sure that it has the yes or no option that you want, if you change it from yes to no please make sure that you also click on the save tab as well.

Did you get a chance to check the HDD with CrystalDisk, could do with taking a look at it.
