Solved PC randomly Freezes

Not open for further replies.
Recently I have upgraded my pc with a new CPU and a new disk (SSD), after installing those two things inside my pc, after around 2 days of working perfectly it started freezing, they happened randomly throughout me using the PC. My friend thought that its the graphics card not being able to provide enough support to the CPU. But when I've replaced the gpu's it kept freezing. After around a week of random freezes we thought about reinstalling windows, and it deleted the freezes for 2 days, towards the end of the second day, I've restarted the PC for a the Valorant Vanguard to work, suddenly the freezes were back, today I have put in new RAM, yet it still freezes any ideas? Also some freezes cause my internet to stop for a min, I loose it on my phone as well (idk if this will help I'm just trying to find a solution, its been like this for the past 3 weeks and its getting rly annoying, we've tried nearly everything)

CPU - AMD 5 2600X
OLD GPU - Radeon R7 360
NEW GPU - GTX 1660
SSD - KINGSTON 112GB
HDD - 1TB

OLD RAM - 8gb
NEW RAM - 16GB

POWER SUPPLY - 400W

POWER SUPPLY - 400W

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU, this to see how bad it is.

A Radeon R7 360 requires a minimum of a 500W PSU that has at least 30 amps on the +12V rail, using a 400W is most likely what has done for the original GPU.

A GTX 1660 requires a minimum of a 450W PSU that has at least 27 amps on the +12V rail.

You need a new PSU and a decent one at that, EVGA GD 500 Watt Power Supply/PSU 100-GD-0500

Before making any purchase it would be wise to get your new GPU checked in case using the 400W PSU has damaged it.

Also some freezes cause my internet to stop for a min, I loose it on my phone as well

That sounds more like a problem with your internet connection/service

Your particular model of PSU was released in 2011 and although it was labelled as 500W it could only produce 384W, see original review here

How the PSU is even still going is surprising to say the least, same guidance stands.
