the 500GB SSD will fill up fast if you keep adding new games without removing older ones - so consider a HDD perhaps.
also, personally, I'd go for a slightly bigger PSU, 650w is fine for now but let's face it, that video card will last what?, 18motnhs or maybe two years before some game will demand an upgrade.
whereas the PSU will last at least 5.
in other words, go a bigger PSU now and future proof yourself. like a 750w and you'll never have to touch it again.
and since the CPU fan will be sitting sideways, is there enough clearance width ways in the case for it.

about two weeks ago I went from an oversized air cooled heatsink to a Kraken X42 all-in-one water cooler.
it has a 140cm fan on the radiator. so yeah, if you get a 120mm fan, can't see that making a big difference.
case space permitting and budget and if you think you'll be flogging the games a lot, I'd go a 2 fan water system like the Kraken x62.

the air cool method kept the CPU at about 24-26 degrees Celsius, and now the water is a pretty constant 26.
in other words, no improvement, but a lot smaller CPU hunk of gear which has simply been moved to the radiator assembly.
different chunk of hardware in a different spot.
I made a wall-mounted, open-air, custom rig and I wanted to show off the mobo more plus I had plenty of real estate leftover on the plywood for the radiator to sit.
