In Progress Pc not letting me log in

Yes I use to have 8 gb ram now I got 16 it was working just fine for the last 2 days and this morning when I turn on the pc it keep booting to repair and then when it got fix now it doesn’t let me log in

With a 456 i thing gb ssd and a kisgton of 250
And the mother board is some Chinese one

I keep getting a infinite of errors is a no ending loop of errors

I have had this pc since 2021 and I never had a problem till now when I found out I could add another 8 gb to it so I did and now my computer not letting me log in and I have had to go download windows 10 again but is still not working
Yes but I just now downloaded windows 10 again and nothing is working so I feel like the best option is to pay someone to fix it
before you do that try this - whilst in safe mode run these cmds:
Right click on start & choose powershell/terminal with admin & type/copy & paste these cmds one at a time then click Enter:
Yes the Sfc cmd is run twice.
You can also boot from the installation media & use the recovery options to repair the startup files.
On the lock screen if you click Ctrl + alt + del does the sign in screen appear?

Do you have installation media? If yes then you can boot from this & choose fix my pc, then troubleshoot menu & choose fix startup problems.
