Solved PC Keeps Booting into Bios

Hello , I have the ABS Challenger Gaming PC Model ALI517. My PC was working completely fine before I turned it off. But when I turned it off and back on, it went into bios. It will not let me boot windows 10 up now. Every time I press save and quit in the bios , it takes me back to the bios. I think I might have something wrong with my computer.

you usually see this when it can't find a boot device so it goes into BIOS automatically.
in BIOS does it show your drives?
make sure you disconnect all USB storage devices.

have you made any hardware or software changes recently?

what beeps happen when you start?
one beep is a successful POST, did you ever hear any beeps during startup?

1. I didn't hear any beeps at startup.

2. I have not made any new changes to hardware or software that I know of. Last night I turned it off when It was working perfectly fine , and today when I turn it on its doing what I said.

3. What do you mean by drives? I'm sorry I'm new to this pc stuff.

4. Should I contact the company I got the PC from and request a refund or repair?

OMG I went to disable all the USB storage and I accidentally disabled all USBs . That means that I can't even play on it anymore

phew - good job on getting back to square 1.

you only needed to disconnect external USB storage devices - that is, unplug them.
but disabling them from BIOS does the trick too! :)

in BIOS there will be a section showing all the drives - solid state, hard drives, DVD units etc.
is your boot drive (where Windows is loaded on to) showing?

if the PC has a motherboard speaker (that is, connected straight into the motherboard) then every time it starts successfully you would have heard a beep.
have you ever heard a beep during start up?
if not - there is no internal speaker.
getting one and attaching it may indicate the problem as the number of beeps can be helpful.

they look like this...

but yeah - if it's under warranty still, they should be your first point of call.
not only because you have paid for this service as a 'hidden' cost of the unit but also any work you do on the rig may invalidate their warranty.
