The problem first started maybe around 2 months from now when my keyboard, speakers and mouse lags a lot. Keyboard turns on and off and internet connection appears and disappears. But that problem got fixed. I just think that it is connected to my problem now. Maybe i was this month since my pc just started turning off then boot loops. The problem sometimes disappears when i remove CMOS battery sometimes i remove RAM and placing it back. I also tried to test my power supply by paper clip method but it was just fine. Help me please :( . Was it my motherboard?

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

LC-8600BTX is the model of the PSU

How on earth this PSU is still going is beyond me, not the best of quality and more than eleven years old, see 2010 thread here in which it gets a mention.

Notes from Speccy;

Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Computer type: Desktop
Installation Date: 10/9/2021 3:16:58 AM

There are no drivers shown to have been installed.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the hardware manufacturer or downloaded and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Power Profile
Active power scheme: High performance

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

Because you only have the one stick of RAM most of it is being used up, you need a matching stick to get dual channel which will increase the RAM speed by 50%.

Short version, you need a new PSU, a new storage device and to clean install Windows and the system drivers as explained above, if we don`t hear back from you we will mark the thread as solved.
