A couple days ago, my PC started freezing up while I was trying to get some work done. For example, I can just be simply browsing the web using google chrome for about 10 minutes and then my computer will start acting up. I'll be able to click on something, but after I do my web browser will just be stuck trying to load the new page up and then after that i wont be able to click on anything at all and everything just freezes. The only thing I can do after is manually shutdown the computer and turn it back on. After I boot my PC back up, it does not boot up normally and each time I try to boot it up after it crashes, it does something different. The first time I tried to boot up my computer I would be stuck with a black screen and a flashing white dash line at the top left corner of the screen. The second time I tried I would be stuck at the blue windows 10 logo with the loading white dots at the bottom. Third time I just got a black screen. When rebooting after the third time, my computer wont even let me go into the system recovery menu. It just gets stuck at the blue windows 10 logo with loading dots and it says "diagnosing your PC."

After trying to reboot and start up my PC 4 or 5 times I just gave up and let my computer sit for a day before coming back to it. A day goes by and I try to boot my pc back up. This time I get a message that the overclocking system has failed and I need to press F8 to go into the BIOS menu. I have an ASUS P9X79 WS LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6GB/s USB 3.0 SSI CEB Intel Motherboard. I looked around on some other forums and found that it could a power issue and that I needed to go into advanced settings from the BIOS menu and go to AI tweaker and switch the settings to XMP. After doing this I saved and rebooted the computer. It booted back up normally and I was able to use for a couple hours before it froze again. I don't think anything is heating up inside of the computer, there is way more than enough fans in this PC to keep it cool. I don't feel any heat coming from my computer.

I am honestly not sure if this is a motherboard issue or something else like the processor, RAM, or the SSD. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that my SSD could possibly have bad sectors. I'm honestly not to sure how to troubleshoot any of this stuff properly. If anyone can help give me some better insight as to what the problem may be I would greatly appreciate it.

NOTE - I occasionally game on this PC and the first time I ever had a crash on my computer was when I was playing Overwatch and suddenly my screen just went black and I was't able to do anything but shut it down. Another time I was also playing Call of Duty Warzone and in the middle of the game my computer just completely shutdown on its own. So I don't know if the few times I have gamed on this PC might have pushed my computer a little bit too hard. It is an older computer that was built by my father 5 or 6 years ago and was eventually given to me last year.

The SSD I have in my computer is a Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
