Decided to finally move over to PC master race, from Xbox.

I built the PC i currently use for work purposes only around 4 years ago.

I would like to be able to casually play the following games at decent settings (45-60fps) :
Fortnite
Pubg
GTA
CSGO
Rainbow Six
and maybe a bit of Overwatch

I am a complete noob and have no idea where to start. I would ideally like to spend money upgrading some parts of my PC rather than build new. I know for sure that I need a new graphics card and processor (CPU?) but not sure if thats going to completely out perform my motherboard or not, do I need a new motherboard too?
(will post current PC specs at the end, I used "speccy" to get them)

Basically my main concern is that I want to upgrade GPU and CPU but not sure how that is going to fit in with the rest of my setup, not just motherboard, but case, RAM, power supply and cooling system too. I have around £500 but would like to save around half of that for other things, but have no idea how much all of this will cost.

Sorry if I sound like I am being totally incompetant and lazy, feel free to correct me on anything, I know nothing and am open to all

Looking at NVIDIA GTX 1050ti 4gb graphics card, completely baffled by all the different prices and names though lol. (MSI, EVGA, GIGABYTE) if someone could explain that, I would be so happy

Any advice is hugely appriciated

PC SPECS:

CPU:
AMD A8-5600K
Trinity 32nm Technology

RAM:
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (11-11-12-28)

MOTHERBOARD:
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. F2A85-M LE (FM2 )

GPU:
512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7560D (ASUStek Computer Inc)

STORAGE:
465GB Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 (SATA )

Any PSU specs for us zuuiee?

RAM:
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (11-11-12-28)

Your MB specs say that it only has two memory slots which suggests that you presently only have a single 8GB stick, this is only giving you 50% of the performance that the RAM should be giving you, 800MHz as opposed to the 1600MHz that you would get if you had two sticks of RAM working in dual channel mode.

I suspect a new GPU, PSU and additional stick of compatible RAM will be required.

Hi zuuiee, Welcome to PCHF! :)

Once you tell us what power supply your computer has, we will be able to recommend some components to upgrade your current system so you'll have a better gaming experience.

More than likely you will need a new PSU, CPU, dedicated GPU, an extra stick of RAM and a Solid State drive to replace the Seagate drive for an adequate gaming experience with those particular games.
