PC getting "no internet, secured" message

Hey, so I recently switched wifi providers to Cox and have had issues getting my PC to connect to internet. All of my other devices are able to connect and receive wifi but my PC for some reason does not receive internet. I use a Netgear Nighthawk wifi adapter. Sometimes when I connect to the network the wifi actually stops working for all devices and frequently lose connection to them during this time- I assume at least it is from my PC connecting but hard to prove.

I have tried resetting/flushing my IP through command prompt as well as checking my drivers and do not believe it is an issue with that at least. I am able to connect to other wifi signals including the COX public hotspot but am not sure what that means.

Any help is very much appreciated
